"... The story gave me a jolt. Each sentence reverberates with the agony of a tormented lover's soul. How a "male" writer managed to examine a female lover's intimate feelings in such detail and so meticulously is astounding. It is a difficult task to perceive and express in words the depths of the fundamental differences between a woman's love and that of a man. And to do this, too, through plain story-telling is just an amazing exploit by the author...
... Commonplace romantic fictions often leave a bitter aftertaste of excessive sweetness in the reader's mouth. But the author here has managed to avoid that glitch. And, that he has done by incinerating each expression of love in the flames of philosophy and scrutiny..."
